By difficulty

Difficulty here is mostly about the number of moving pieces, not how hard the cooking is — pick the tier that matches how much attention tonight's dinner can get.

Three tiers, one library

Across the full 608-recipe library, 360 recipes are rated Easy, 147 are rated Medium, and 101 are rated Advanced. The rating tracks the number of steps and how much overlapping attention a dish asks for, not exotic technique — a fair few Advanced dinners are simple in concept but have more moving parts to time together.

If tonight is a low-attention night, start with Easy. If you've got a bit more room to focus, Medium covers most of the library's weeknight braises and layered skillets. Advanced is for the nights you actually want to cook, not just eat.
